Sketch Evolution was engaged by the NSW Department of Industry to produce this prestige showcase event as a precursor to the ASEAN Special Summit for 250 distinguished Government and business VIPs.

Sketch Evolution assembled a talented team, developed the creative concept and delivered the event all within a three-week window. Approaching the event from our usual theatrical perspective, our guests commenced their journey at arrival, through to registration and throughout the evening. We successfully showcased the Government’s priority themes; NSW primary and local produce, NSW businesses and Sydney talent through the lavish grazing table, stunning imagery and a string quartet.

We developed bespoke concepts that were delivered in the short timeframe and financial constraints. Clear vision and strong communication were critical to the success of this event, receiving compliments from a wide range of guests.
